Trespassing food. This is Orto d’Autore, the new round of lunches created by wine journalists Laura Gambacorta and Giampiero Prozzo in collaboration with chef Mirko Balzano elegant Casa Lerario, farm Benevento riding high for quality of products and hospitality. Second stage then this absorbing journey through the flavors of other territories, and this Saturday, at about 13.30, will be the Sicilian cuisine to delight guests.

Trinacria dishes created by the skilled hands of chef Mimmo Alba, of Sicilian origin but from 2013 as head of the Cantina San Teodoro Naples. Like the other protagonists of the chef particolae series of events Orto d’Autore, Dawn in offering the cuisine of his homeland, it will give space to the products of the cured farmhouse family Lerario. Sanniti all wine pairings suggested by the famous Cantina Taburno of Foglianise, partners of the entire cycle. The fact in Campania does not end here. Gragnano pasta is made with Pastificio Dear aromatic coffee and homemade toasted wood is still the historic company Neapolitan ItalMoka.
