No holiday for Campania wine, in fact, the Earth Felix fans and tourists waiting for the 2014 edition of “Goblets of Stars.” The midsummer classic event of the Wine Tourism Movement returns on time this year to enliven the night of San Lorenzo (August 10) in wine regions the greenest of Italy with special events and programs rich in initiatives. A wine tour that combines the charm of the “nectar of the gods” to the music, culture and entertainment in a long evening from dusk to dawn that brings all with the nose to watch the shooting stars.
In Campania protagonists of the event this year will be the cellars of Irpinia and Benevento whose task will be to experience the magic of the territories of wine under the stars. Here among the green valleys and hills to taste silent, listening to music and you look at the starry sky in an itinerary that takes some of the most interesting wine of the land of Virgil. Rich content of the program dell’Irpina Tenuta Cavalier Pepe Sant’Angelo all’Esca (AV), where in addition to wine tasting, guests will have the opportunity to listen to a live concert of jazz music in the moonlight and to participate in a quiz theme for a prize of a weekend in the vineyards during the next harvest.
The journey continues in the Campania Felix wine in the Sannio with the company La Cantina Guardiense and social Solopaca. Here you can taste wines from native vines such as Aglianico del Taburno, Falanghina DOC and Solopaca in one of the contexts of nature’s most fascinating and historic cellars that our region has to offer.
