Dal film “Lulu femme nue”

Back, to the Institut français of Naples Via Crispi, “Cine scoperta”, an exhibition with free admission that, every two weeks, on Tuesdays at 19, will present French films in original version subtitled in Italian.

After the complete renovation of the auditorium of Grenoble, named after Alexandre Dumas, voila a new cycle of films beyond the Alps: films that have had in France a great success with critics and audiences, but not necessarily distributed in Italy.

The programming of the next few weeks shows a view of the variety of contemporary production, including the comedy. Combining young directors (Emmanuelle Bercot, who succeeds both as a director and as an actress, awarded at Cannes this year) and established directors (Bertrand Tavernier, a prizewinner at the Venice Film Festival) also paying tribute to Solveig Anspach, gone too soon to August.

The films chosen have all interpreters interesting (Albert Dupontel irresistible or Thierry Lhermitte in “9 Month Stretch” and “Quai d’Orsay”, the surprising Olivier Rabourdin in “Eastern boys”, the sensational Vincent Lacoste in “Hippocrate”). In particular, show some superb portraits of woman (Catherine Deneuve in “Elle s’en va”, Karin Viard in “Lulu femme nue”, Sandrine Kiberlain, César for best actress in “9 mois ferme”).

Upcoming dates, November 10, with “Hippocrate” by Thomas Lilti with Vincent Lacoste, Reda Kateb and Jacques Gamblin, November 24, hommage à Solveig Anspach with “Lulu femme nue” with Karin Viard, December 1 with “Quai d ‘Orsay” by Bertrand Tavernier with Thierry Lhermitte, Raphaël Personnaz, Niels Arestrup and Julie Gayet and 15 December with “Eastern boys” by Robin Campillo with Olivier Rabourdin, Kirill Emelyanov and Danil Vorobyev.
