A traveling exhibition, dramatized tours, concerts, shows, entertainment for children, tasting of regional excellence and a big party show that will see the extraordinary participation of Alessandro Siani.
All this and much more is “Welcome to Rione Sanità”, seven days of events, July 3 to 9, will handle one of the oldest areas of Naples. A unique opportunity to discover the beauty of the district, to know its people and its traditions and to support the positive energies of the territory.
Rich and varied program studded events, all with free admission. The Rione decided to donate its beauty, but each will in turn donate and support the campaign “It gives a new face to Sanità” sponsored by the Community Foundation of San Gennaro Onlus.
Among the goodies on the calendar, an exhibition signed by Mimmo Jodice, who will talk about the district through its people and its streets; “Heaven Pictorial”, dramatized tour of the Basilica of St. Mary of Health by the Cooperative “La Paranza”; plays with the actors of the New Theatre Sanità; and “Take me to Church”, musical review of songwriting in the Basilica of San Severo outside the walls. And yet, the celebrations in honor of St. Vincent ‘O Monacone with Mass and procession and grand finale on July 9, at 20.30 with the show, which will star orchestras Sanitansamble and Scarlatti Junior with a special appearance by Alessandro Siani.
From July 3 to 9, from 9.30 to 19, they are also provided for children: theater, soccer tournaments, street animation and painting workshops organized by Tutti a Scuola, Casa dei Cristallini, Fondazione Pavesi, Casa del Momento, Centro Tenda, Pianoterra – gruppo Luce and Grillo Parlante.
