Week end in all music with “DiscoDays”

Records, memorabilia, live music, independent labels, exhibitions, publishing, workshops, meetings… There are countless variations of DiscoDays, the Fair of the disc and music, that for its fifteenth edition promises to be richer than ever with thousands of CDs and vinyls and two stations for listening.

The event is scheduled for Sunday, October 11, from 10 to 21.30, to PalaPartenope Fuorigrotta (Napoli) for a day full of surprises. Among these, the exhibition dedicated to 40 years of “A Night at the Opera” album masterpiece of Queen, who will rely on the presence of Crystal Taylor, personal assistant of Roger Taylor (Queen drummer) and member of the crew, who will talk unpublished anecdotes about one of the most popular band in history. Another interesting exhibition will be dedicated to the 40 years of “Wish You Were Here” by Pink Floyd.

Award DiscoDays 2015, intended for artists whose careers have pride of our culture and tradition, will this time Enzo Gragnaniello. As for the guests, the first group confirmed is “Dada Circus”, finalist of the Tenco Award for Best Debut.

During the event, conducted by Gigio Rosa, it will be presented also in national premiere the limited edition vinyl album “The Showmen”: collection of 14 tracks of Showmen and Mario Musella label Suoni del Sud.

Carmine Aymone and Michelangelo Iossa, writers, journalists and music critics, creators and directors of the international event ROCK! Surprise, however, visitors with: “Top Three: the story of three of the best-selling albums of all time”.

Also provided workshops for children with demonstration lessons, direct evidence on the instruments and short performances by some students.Ticket: 4,00 EUR, free up to 18 years.
