European Day of Gelato in its third edition and Naples, the Committee Gelatieri Campani has chosen as the venue of the event the Professional Institute for Wine and Food and Hospitality Hoteliers Duke of Buonvicino to Calata Capodichino 126. Here are some steps to take place celebrate in all its splendor and taste a product always green as the ice cream. During the event in the Institute will be the presentation of the book “The Color of Hell” by Antonio Del Monaco, and you can also see the creation of a sculpture in the ice thanks to the capable hands of Amelio Mazzella of Regnella.
