The carbonara or bacon and cheese, writeit immediately. But are cleverly replaced by the presence of three types of fish. A pleasure, of course, you can change the catch indicated with another of your most liking, or reduce in number, you do. Remains a simple dish to prepare also no longer a “poor” dish. But it’s worth it for lovers of good taste.

Ingredients for 4 people: 400 g spaghetti, tuna 150 gr, 150 gr swordfish, 12 medium shrimp, 2 eggs, 1 shallot, salt and pepper

Preparation

Rinse the slices of tuna and swordfish under cold water and then carefully pat dry with a kitchen towel. Afterwards remove the skin on the edge of the slices and cut into small cubes. Now shelled shrimp, eliminating the dark filament, pass them under cold water to clean them and cut these into small pieces. In a bowl, beat the eggs, add a pinch of salt and sprinkle with black pepper freshly ground.

Saute the shallots in a large skillet with olive oil; to follow you put in the pan all the fish prepared by mixing. Let fry for about 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper at the end. Cook the spaghetti fro 7 minutes and drained them together to fish and cook on high heat for 2 minutes. Turn off, or leave a very low heat for up to a minute. pouring over all the eggs and stir to distribute evenly. Serve nice and served hot.
