With this dish we thus find new ideas for a different pasta and potatoes . The flavor with the addition of zucchini , becomes soft and creamy. This is one of those typical dishes that , even if eaten cold , are always exceptional .<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong> (for 4 people):<\/p>\n<p>400 g pasta mixed<br \/>\n400 g potatoes<br \/>\n400g courgettes<br \/>\n100 g bacon<br \/>\n50 g grated Parmesan cheese<br \/>\nbasil<br \/>\nbutter<br \/>\nSalt, oil, pepper<\/p>\n<p><strong>Making of recipe.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cut the zucchini into round slices . Fry along with the diced bacon , olive oil and a knob of butter in a very large frying pan . In a separate pot , place the potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes . Begin cooking and , in half, combine the pasta . Once everything is cooked , combine with zucchini and bacon , adding a little &#8216; cooking water , basil, pepper and grated parmesan cheese. If you want to pass in a terracotta pot in the oven for ten minutes , do not do evil . But even turn on the grill.
