Today and tomorrow, the ancient <a title=\"Paestum, tra i templi le rose sbocciano due volte\" href=\"http:\/\/www.charmenapoli.it\/en\/storia\/scavi-archeologici-paestum\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>city of Paestum<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/whc.unesco.org\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Unesco World Heritage<\/strong><\/a>, is home to a selection of the best Italian restaurants and of Ue: 32 chefs, a veritable &#8220;dream team&#8221; of gastronomy that will alternate in the halls and gardens of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.savoybeachhotel.it\/home-page\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Savoy Beach Hotel<\/strong><\/a>, moderated by some of the biggest names in the international food critics. They will, in fact, the pluristellati <strong>Pino Cuttaia<\/strong>, the restaurant <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ristorantelamadia.it\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>La Madia Licata<\/strong><\/a> (Agrigento), and <strong>Massimo Bottura<\/strong> of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.osteriafrancescana.it\/index.php\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Osteria Francescana in Modena<\/strong><\/a>, to open and close the festival. In the middle of a parade of talent, all committed in giving the audience the emotion of unique dishes, entirely dedicated to the Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP. &#8220;<em>An essential travel<\/em>&#8221; is the theme of the congress of signature cuisine; digestibility, health, concentration of flavors, exploitation of raw materials, these are the focus around which the stars of haute cuisine will compete. To frame the Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP, a careful selection of excellence: from champagne to <a title=\"Paccheri e maccheroni, l\u2019oro di Napoli\" href=\"http:\/\/www.charmenapoli.it\/en\/sapori\/pasta-di-gragnano-paccheri-maccheroni-loro-di-napoli\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Gragnano pasta<\/strong><\/a>, extra virgin olive oil with <a title=\"Oro rosso che brilla in cucina\" href=\"http:\/\/www.charmenapoli.it\/en\/sapori\/pomodoro-san-marzano-storia-origini\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>tomatoes<\/strong><\/a>, Rossi Tuscany to the finest flour.
