Put the butter in a saucepan and let it melt over medium heat, preventing it from sticking. Take it out for a few minutes from the heat and add the flour slowly. Mix with a whisk and pour in the warm milk, until mixture is smooth. Stirring constantly to prevent lumps, add a pinch of salt, pepper and a bit &#8216;of nutmeg. Continue cooking always moderate heat for 5 minutes, until the sauce has thickened (&#8220;poppetea&#8221; is said to Neapolitan, ie bubbles). Meanwhile, immerse the sheets of lasagne in a pot filled with boiling water and turn them often with a wooden spoon to prevent them from sticking to each other. Drain half cooked. At this point, private sausages gutted,dosmall pieces<\/p>\n<p>with your hands and place them in a pan in which you have previously made fry a bit &#8216;of oil. Replicate this process until all ingredients are used. Before baking, sprinkle the last layer of lasagna with a meal of Parmesan cheese and then off in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
