Thanks to the chef of the restaurant Garibaldi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients 4 persons<\/strong>: 2 or 300 Gr. Lives of cuttlefish, 1 clove garlic, 1 ladle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 500 Gr. Cherry tomatoes, to taste Salt, 400 Gr. Linguine, 1\/2 cup dry white wine, 40 cl Water, Black Pepper<\/p>\n<p><strong>Making of recipe<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Clean the cuttlefish, and retrieve the bag containing the ink. Crush the garlic and place in a deep pan with a ladle of extra virgin olive oil together with diced squid. Once browned garlic with sepia deglaze with the white wine.<\/p>\n<p>Combine the tomatoes into the pan, previously cleaned and cut in half, and add the squid ink previously recovered with water. Check the seasoning with the amount of salt you want.<\/p>\n<p>Bake for about two hours and finally skip the pasta.
