]]> An event not to be missed !! In  Cervinara in Avellino two days to honor the delicious and aromatic mushroom par excellence: the truffle. The festival is in its first year, and for this there is a large reserve on the event. It almost seems that the recipes that will be presented is a secret.

However, informed sources, have leaked some anticipation and for this we anticipate that surely will be set up many small exhibition spaces that will take  your attention with the dishes more details, tickle your nose with scents light and inviting. In short, it seems that you will be spoiled for choice on what extent have to start: first courses of pasta cooked with excellent quality and seconds prepared according to tradition with a single main character, he, the truffle. The Festival will take place from the following locations: Salomoni, Aia De Panni, Pirozza, Curielli, Finelli e Casino Bizzarro.

The opening hours to the public of the stands will be from 17:00 to 24:00 hours of Friday, December 18, 2015 and from 17:00 to 24:00 on Saturday December 19th.

]]> A “three days” dedicated to the black truffle and chestnut that will be staged on October 25 to 27 in the old town of Bagnoli Irpino(Avellino). Ideal stage of the event which annually attracts thousands of fans on the mountains picentini. Before the traditional “trade show” , on 19 and 20 October, the center will host a succulent irpino Preview Bagnolese. Now in its fourth edition, the preview will be hosted in the picturesque scenery of Piazza Leonardo Di Capua where, in addition to the combination of the Bagnoli truffle and great wines from Irpinia (Taurasi, Fiano di Avellino and Greek di Tufo), there will be, the other delicacies bought ready to delight visitors and tourists. In the Preview rich program , organized by the Municipality together with the Tourist Consortium Bagnoli-Laceno, the Pro Loco Bagnoli-Laceno and with the participation of Fisar (Federation of Italian sommelier hoteliers restaurateurs), the spotlight will be focused on the characteristic of the play tumbles (launch) of the cheese, recognized by the Italian Federation Giuochi historians. They can take part in all those who sell , produce or administer the popular and tasty pecorino bagnolese. Archived preview will touch the truffle fair bagnolese open its doors. It starts on the 25th with the exhibition organized by the Mycological Association “Il Bosco”, which will illustrate the species exposed. And the opening , starting at 19 , the food stands. Afterwards, the tour through the historic center to taste typical products and unique dishes until late at night . All accompanied by a concert of popular music. Saturday, October 26th it starts at noon with a new tasting tour through the historic center. At 18:30 the presentation of sweet symbol of the festival: the trunk Chestnuts, unique delicacy has already entered the Guinness Book of Records. At 19, the cutting and tasting of the trunk of chestnuts. Sunday, October 27, the grand finale: it starts with the culinary tour through the streets of the town until late at night, in a waltz of typical dishes and products, up to the awards ceremony, scheduled at 21, and the Trophy Castagnella Tartufello, respectively, for the chestnut largest and biggest truffle. The evening will be enlivened in the various squares and alleys with entertainment of popular music. In addition, at various points will be distributed free roasted chestnuts. In addition, during the three days of the festival will be possible to make excursions organized by the group Irpinia Trekking in collaboration with the local tourist Bagnoli-Laceno, discovering places like the Cave of Saint Panteleimon, Mount Belvedere( Piscacca ), the territory and the Source Casonecave of St. William.
