With “See Dop” mozzarella bell meets the grana padano

North and South together in a great celebration of the senses that will celebrate two great dairy products known worldwide entrusting them to the expert hands of two experienced chefs.

Friday, February 20, at 20.00, Rosanna Marziale, lady chef de Starry Columns of Caserta will open the doors of its kitchens to the chef Stefano Cerveni Brescia, who was also awarded the star at its Due Colombe the ancient village of Borgonato Cortefranca.

Stars of the evening entitled “See Dop” will be the Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP, renowned “hostess”, and the acclaimed guest Grana Padano DOP, two excellent made in Italy.

And the excellence does not stop there. To enhance even more the menu, the vines of Terra Felix, will be represented by three versions of Dubl Feudi di San Gregorio and liquor Ancient Distillery Petrone.
