It will be the short film “El hombre mas famoso del mundo” by Ruben Barbosa, to inaugurate Saturday, July 4, at 20:30, the seventh edition of the International Film Festival “Italian Movie Award” hosted, until July 12, the shopping center “La Cartiera” of Pompeii.
The event, conducted by the envoy of Striscia la Notizia, Luca Abete provides screenings and interviews with well-known personalities from the film world, which will take shape in the outdoor amphitheater of the natural park. In calendar, 5 films and 6 short films in competition in the international thematic category “Short Social World Competition”.
Among the expected guests and winners: Luca Argentero, Valentina Lodovini, Edoardo Leo, Giulia Michelini, Serena Rossi, Marco D’Amore, Massimiliano Gallo, Giovanni Esposito, Paolo Genovese, Antonio Giordano, Edoardo De Angelis and Paolo Chiariello.
For the winners of the 2015, a trip to the United States of America at Temple University for a dedicated event, organized in collaboration with the Sbarro Institute chaired by the researcher, oncologist and author, Antonio Giordano also President of the International Jury of the Festival.
Among the gems of the event, the Italian Movie Master Class, cinematic journey entirely free for 100 adults and young people aged between 15 and 45 years with teachers from the likes of: Valerio Caprara, Vittorio Sodano, Alessandro Bencivenni, Gaetano Carito, Giuseppe Cozzolino, Antonio De Rosa, Fabiana Sera, Biagio di Stefano and Marco Brighel. Ladder in the presentation of the book “Rubbish State” of Antonio Giordano and Paolo Chiariello, the exhibition “Portraits D’Artist” by Giuseppe Cascella and a poetry competition organized by Mediavox.
