“Razzullo e Sarchiapone sott’ ‘o tendone”

Vico Fico Purgatorio at Arco 38. An address to keep in mind if, during the holiday season (and beyond), were to manifest itself the desire to spend some time so carefree and authentic. It is here, in the heart of the historic center of Naples, that from 18 December to 10 January (31 December excluded) will stage “Razzullo and Sarchiapone under the tend” circus and secular reinterpretation of the traditional “Cantata of the Shepherds” by Andrea Perrucci. A colorful show created and directed by Michele Del Grosso, in collaboration with Accademia Vesuviana del Teatro, which will take shape in the striking of Tin – Teatro Instabile Napoli.

For the occasion, the “Cantata” focused on the birth of the divine child will become a metaphor for the condition of the theater always looking for a place to “give birth” to the staging.

Starring, 19 elements including actors, singers, acrobats and musicians. Gianni Sallustro is Razzullo, the actors of Accademia Vesuviana del Teatro are:Rosaria Cacace, Fabio Di Gesto, Gianmichele Areniello, Rossana Arpaia, Anna Ammaturo, Gennaro Lazzari, Tommaso Sepe, Francesco Fruccio, Alessandro Todisco, Andrea Palmese, Giada De Gennaro, Gabriela Iervolino and Ivan Cozzolino.

The music consulting is Alessandro De Simone, the music will be performed by Salvatore Sorace (guitar), Enrico Valanzuolo (trumpet) and Emilio Pietropaolo (drums). Sets and costumes by Michele Del Grosso made by Costantino Lombardo.

It replicates at 21 on weekdays and 19 at weekends.

The ticket price is 12 Euros, reduced 10.

From 8 to 10 January, the show will move to fork near the Durante Theatre.
