Put one evening at the National Museum of Pietrarsa of Naples, surrounded by the charm of old locomotives and trains, which have united Italy from 1839 to our present day, add us a prestigious film festival as a backdrop to everything and you will live a unique experience .
Every Friday from 3 October until 7 November, in the Pavilion of the Forges of the exhibition space, there will be an interesting initiative that combines the pleasure of the seventh art the interest for the history and the world of motorsports.

The films will be screened every Friday at 20.30, in conjunction with the new evening hours (in force every Friday in October) which provides for the special opening of the Museum until 22.00 and offers a good roundup of films related to the theme railway.
It starts with “The Ferroviere” by Pietro Germi, Friday, Oct. 3, then continue with “Destination Piovarolo” by Domenico Paolella, Friday, Oct. 10, and then get to a great classic of Italian cinema, which is “My Friends” by Mario Monicelli, scheduled for Friday, 17.
Again, then could not miss “Toto in Color” by Steno, scheduled for Friday, October 24, and then top it off with “Thief Him, Ladra Lei” by Luigi Zampa, Friday, Oct. 31 and “Some Like It Hot” by Billy Wilder for the last evening of Friday, November 7.
So are many and all noteworthy titles on the bill and it is a desirable cultural offer that fits a wider range within the new Foundation project that includes the Italian FS monograph “Italy Train” the publishing initiative of the Foundation FS cured Italian by Edizioni the Arrow and distribution on the Trenitalia Frecce.
So all that remains is to climb on board, the train is about to leave the film!
