Amedeo Modigliani’s Women arrive in Naples… and they do it in an unusual way, suspended between past and future. To receive them, the striking setting of the Agora Morelli, a short walk from Martyrs’ Square, which from May 22 to August 9, will host the exhibition “Les Femmes”.

An exclusive event, presented by the Institute Modigliani, combining for the first time, art, history and technology, during and in preparation for the centenary of the death of the great artist from Livorno.

This is the first section of a work of the highest value and quality, never before organized, which includes the entire artistic production of Modigliani, fully realized with the help of modern technologies.

On display, in Naples, 50 works of which the Institute owns the rights to use, digitally reproduced high definition, on a special support mounted LED backlit panels, with the absolute respect to the size and color of the original . Enrich and contextualize historically the installation, including over 90 photos and historical documents, often unpublished, relating to the life of the great Italian artist. A kit of video technology, movies, animation and compositing app, finally makes this exhibition an extraordinary event communication and cultural diffusion, reaching the general public with the new methods of use experiential applied to cultural heritage.
