The last three events in the amphitheater of Pompeii, with meetings literals “Pompeii, emotion night.” From Sept. 25 to 27 at 19 at the foot of the Pyramid designed by architect Venice, writers and personalities from the world of art, archeology and communications will discuss, in a series of meetings organized by the art historian Louis Gallo . “Pompeii, emotion Night” is a project created by Scabec for the Campania Region and in addition to the cultural events offered throughout the summer the fascinating night tours, which registered always sold out with great appreciation from the public, Italian and foreign.

But we see the program of this triptych weekend what proposes.

Friday, September 25 – Francesco Dal Co and Francesco Venezia on the book “Francesco Venice and Pompeii. Architecture as art of turning. ” The paper describes the latest work of the architect Venice for the exhibition “Pompeii and Europe 1748-1943” at the National Archaeological Museum of Naples and the ruins of Pompeii, in particular on the wooden pyramid that dominates the arena and amphitheater hosts photo exhibition and the casts of the victims of the eruption of Pompeii.

Saturday, September 26 – the professor Piero Mastroberardino presents his work “Fragments”. Twelve “pieces” of poetry, portrayed by twelve artists, with a poem in the middle of the book. Piero Mastroberardino is professor in managerial disciplines, author of several scientific papers in journals and series, as well as curator of the activities of the historic family, engaged in viticulture and in the production of fine wines.

Sunday, September 27 – art historians Carlo Sisi and Fabio Benzi retrace the main stages of the “second life of Pompeii” in “Pompeii in the arts between the eighteenth and twentieth centuries.” Carlo Sisi, president of the Marine Museum of Florence, is a leading expert in the history of Italian art and curator of several exhibitions. Fabio Benzi is Professor of Contemporary Art History at the University “Gabriele d’Annunzio” University of Chieti-Pescara and offers studies ranging from art Renaissance to contemporary.

The public will have the opportunity to visit, prior to the meeting, the exhibition of casts of “Pompeii and Europe 1748-1943” exhibition in the pyramid in the center of the Amphitheatre.
