These are the main ingredients of “Bufala Fest”, the tantalizing event from 11 to 13 September will celebrate on the neapolitan promenade all derivatives of Buffalo obviously starting from cottage cheese and Mozzarella Campana DOP. The latter, singled out as the most important DOP in central and southern Italy, fourth nationally for production and third among the Italian DOP cheeses. In short, a great pride of our land.

Among the key objectives of “Bufala Fest”, the ones to spread knowledge, the quality and characteristics of this precious animal, promoting the territory and its ancient food traditions.

For the occasion, while tasty three days, along Via Caracciolo will be installed also an extensive food court, where you can taste at more than affordable prices pizzas, a long string of culinary specialties, grilled meat, sweets, ice cream, sandwiches with burgers and sausages and beverage themed, until late at night.

Among the many highlights not to be missed, “Guappa”, the only liquor milk of buffalo mozzarella, but also the delicate “Profumi di Napoli”: food products and natural cosmetics made with buffalo milk naturally made in Campania. Real excellence of our territory.
