42nd !! A great success has always been so. This year, as always, offers an interesting gastronomic journey that winds through the fascinating sights of this charming village at the foot of Taburno.
The goal of the event is to revive the flavors and traditions of the past three days transforming the historic center of Paupisi in an authentic open-air restaurant.
Renowned for the richness of its menu, for the selection of fresh-baked goods at the time and view, for the excellent extra virgin olive oil used in the kitchens and plenty of wine Aglianico and Falanghina land Paupisane, it offers visitors each year improved from every point of view.

From Rome exit Caianello
Continue towards Benevento for about 50 Km and exit Paupisi, moving to the country with the help of countless directions
From Naples Caserta Sud
Continue towards Telese Terme for about 50 km and after crossing the Valley of Maddaloni, along the entire route of the road fund Valley Isclero and exit towards Benevento. Proceed for another 15 km and exit at Paupisi, proceeding as described above.
