From 6 to 8 December the nostalgic tradition and especially the cuisine of our ancestors absolutely can not miss the feast of homemade pasta. The cooks of Cusano Mutri not only make available their culinary preparing the dough with your hands, but will cook the pasta with some mouth-watering recipes. Which? Here’s what will delight the palate of the lucky ones present.
You could start by tasting a great soup with chestnuts and beans, or the ancient noodles and chickpeas.
