Sepia 1 of 500 grams

Clean meticulously the squid , taking care not to break the bag containing the black . In a pan , poured the oil , cook the garlic until goldened then remove it. Together , add the chilli. Pour into the pan even after cutting the squid into small pieces. Fry for a few minutes then combining the tomato pulp . Season with salt . The black bag has to be opened in the middle of cooking the tomatoes. After about half an hour of cooking, after cooking the noodles aside, fry them in a pan with the squid and black. Serve colouring the dish with chopped fresh parsley .
