In Naples “Wine, Villas and flavors” waiting for the Expo

Wines, Villas and Flavors” at Villa Pignatelli waiting Expo: 27 and 28 February, the Neapolitan neoclassical residence will host a program with tasting trails, workshops, live events and presentation-launch of the Regional Project “QR Code Campania” for certification of the wholesomeness of the food chain (Friday 27 at 10.45; intervenes Antonio Limone, Commissioner Zooprofilattico Institute of the South). Many appointments of wine show open to the public: the meeting on family farming and how to equip a home garden by Slow Food and Coldiretti, the presentation of “Food for Design Design-for-Food” by ADI, AIAP and IDEAS-Creactivitas, the meeting-workshop “Molecules in the kitchen: Myth and Reality” hosted by Luciano Furia, the event dedicated to the proper nutrition for children sponsored by the City of Science and the laboratory of wine tasting led by Association of Italian Sommeliers. From 8.30 hours pm evening opening with “The halls of taste“, edited by Toffini Academy gastronomic journey with Chef Antonio Sorrentino, a guided tasting of cheeses by Onaf, the area “Library Barrique” on new books and videos, the Room to learn about spirits and cigars, and musical events and live performances. Three depth focus: the workshop “International Think” by the Ice with reference to the countries that currently represent a prime market for exports; the meeting “The Campania System to the Expo” concurrently which “Vini, Villas and Flavors” will propose in June a second event in the Villa Favorita in Herculaneum; The second edition of agree “The Land of the Good” to a point on the environmental situation of the territories of Campania and the quality of their productions. The event is organized by Makers Events with S & Ph, under the patronage of the Campania Region, the City of Naples, Fondazione Ente Vesuvius Villas, Chamber of Commerce of Naples, Industrial Union of Naples (sect. Agriculture), Vesuvius National Park.
